Back again on my blog, today 7th february 2018 like yesterday i entered at 7:00 pm i arrived in my kitchen directly one line and then in the absence one by one and then we immediately enter the kitchen and store items in the locker absent then we entered the cold kitchen for one line and then.
the menu that we made today is english breakfes then senior brother divide us to have a make mango juice and some make english muffin and my group make english muffin and the ingredients there is hard flour, water, salt, sugar, yeast, butter, and shortening, as for how to make it: * scatter all dry dough and mix well * lelu add water little by little * then mix hiingga flat then move in working table and knead * then enter the butter and shortening then knead until smooth * then weigh 20 g then round shape then insert into the mold * then proofing for 25 minutes then baking 15 minutes first opening, then wait another 20 minutes for the second opening then wait until done.
cold kitchen on one line and senior brother asked us all toread small book each for 7 minutes table after that brother senior asked us all to introduce ourselves after that we also GC (general cleaning) then we went back one line then go home.
