Assalamualaikum wr wb.
Today as usual we started at 8 A.M. again because yesterday Mr. Ical was satisfied with our work so we didn’t get punishment. We oneline and today there were 4 supervisors again. Mr. Ical came and he explained about the menu because there were some menu that changed since we ran out of ingredients. But there weren’t any changes in pastry menu. After Mr. Ical gave explanation we started doing right away. But for pastry Mr. Ical asked us to clean the pastry first before doing because it was so dirty. We didn’t know why it was so dirty because yesterday we’ve done general cleaning in pastry and the last person who used the pastry were senior. Luckily we’ve made the sachertorte yesterday.
We started to clean the pastry area first. After the pastry was cleaned we called the supervisor who was in charged in pastry. Since we’ve made the sachertorte from yesterday, so today we only did the plating. I melted the dark chocolate and white chocolate for plating.
Supervisor helped us for plating. Yesterday and today’s supervisor were really good in pastry, so these 2 days our pastry was great and good looking because of their help, thanks to them.
Finished with sachertorte, I helped my friends who were making pizza dough.
And I wanted to learn bakery as well. But today’s pizza dough weren’t really good cause it wasn’t proofing. Maybe because we didn’t use too much yeast since we almost ran out of yeast too.
It was almost 1 P.M. and resto hasn’t opened yet so Mr. Ical was angry because the resto didn’t on time, so he told us to served the food and there was no aboyer. Mr. Ical let the resto took care of the food themselves. After the food served, we took a break and ate. Finished eating, we started general cleaning and I helped my friends in steward because today there were so much used utensil. We finished at 6 P.M. 7 P.M. before we went home, as usual we oneline and Mr. Ical gave few announcement and he told us he liked our work as well today. Thanks to supervisor. After that we pray and we may go home.
